How much does Fotobooq cost?
Free forever for your first 5 galleries. Studio is $24/mo ($20/mo billed yearly) with unlimited galleries and 200 GB. Studio Plus is $49/mo ($40/mo yearly) with team members and 500 GB. The first 200 studios can lock in $15/mo for life. For comparison, HoneyBook is $36/mo for Starter and $59/mo for Essentials, the first plan with a scheduler (billed monthly).
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes — forever, no card. You get booking, payments, the client portal and 5 galleries with 3 GB. Card payments carry a 2% Fotobooq fee until you upgrade.
What are the fees on card payments?
Stripe's standard card fee always applies (it goes to Stripe, not us). Fotobooq adds nothing on Studio, Studio Plus or Founding; on the Free plan we add 2% to session card payments. Gallery sales — prints, wall art and downloads — are 0% commission on every plan.
How does extra storage work?
Add 10 GB for $5/mo, as many blocks as you need, from Settings → Billing. It's prorated and you can remove blocks anytime.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Anytime, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately; if you cancel, you move to Free at the end of the period and keep your data.
Can I take my data with me?
Yes, on every plan. Settings → Account → Download your data builds a copy of everything — clients, sessions, payments, signed contracts, questionnaires and every photo original, organised by gallery — as spreadsheets and ZIP files, and emails you when it's ready. Your data is yours; export it any time, even after canceling.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes — two months free: Studio is $20/mo and Studio Plus $40/mo billed yearly.
What exactly is Founding member?
The first 200 studios get every Studio feature for $15/mo, 0% card fees and done-for-you migration, locked for as long as they stay subscribed.
